• What gear are you looking for? (Jerseys, shorts, jackets, bags, etc.)
• How many of each item do you need, and what sizes?
• What's your design vision? Share any logos, colors, fonts, or design ideas you have. If you have existing artwork, please provide vector files (.ai, .eps, or .pdf) for the best results. Don't have a design yet? Our talented design team is here to help!
• Do you have specific material preferences?
• Are there any individual customizations needed? (Player names, numbers, etc.)
• When do you need your order delivered?
• Do you have a budget in mind? Sharing this helps us find the best options for you.

Step 2: Visualize Your Gear! Design and Mock-up

Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, our skilled design team will create a detailed digital mock-up of each apparel item. This visual representation will showcase:

• The exact style and colors of your chosen apparel.
• The precise placement and size of all logos, names, and numbers.
• The chosen font styles and colors.
• The overall look and feel of your custom gear.

We'll also provide you with comprehensive sizing charts for each item to help you determine the perfect fit for your team. Please take the time to review these carefully!

Step 3: Your Approval is Key! Quotation and Order Details

Next, we'll send you a detailed quotation outlining all costs, including:

• The unit price for each item based on your quantity and customization.
• Any additional charges, such as design fees or individualizations.
• The total order cost, including applicable taxes and shipping.
• Our estimated production time and delivery timeframe after we receive your final approval.

Along with the quote, you'll receive a comprehensive Order Details Summary. This document will reiterate every detail of your order, ensuring everyone is on the same page:

• A clear description of each item and the quantity per size.
• The specific colors and materials selected.
• Precise details on the placement and dimensions of all design elements.
• The correct spelling of all names and the accuracy of all numbers.
• Any other specific customization requests.

Step 4: Your Final Confirmation – Let's Go to Production!

This is a crucial step! We require your formal written confirmation (via email reply or signed document) to move your order into production. By providing your confirmation, you are acknowledging that you have thoroughly reviewed and approved:

• The accuracy of the digital mock-ups. Please double-check the design, colors, placement, and sizing.
• The accuracy of all information in the Order Details Summary. This includes item details, quantities, names, numbers, spelling, and any other specifications.
• The total order cost and the estimated timeline.

Your confirmation signifies your complete satisfaction with the design and order details. Once we receive your approval, 478 Sports Apparel will proceed with production based exactly on these approved documents. Please note that by confirming, you are releasing 478 Sports Apparel from liability for any errors or discrepancies that were present in the approved mock-ups and Order 

Details Summary.

Once confirmed, our team will work diligently to produce your high-quality custom apparel and get it shipped to you as soon as possible!
